Advice For Referring Clients To Pride Veterinary Centre
We ask that you check with your clients prior to visiting us that they are not suffering from:
- High temperature
- Cough or sore throat
And have not been in contact with anybody who has been diagnosed or is suspected to have COVID-19, or are currently self-isolating.
We are working hard to provide a safe environment for visitors to our hospital. Clients are asked to call the hospital from their car upon arrival, then wait in their car until somebody comes out to them. This is to protect both our staff and your clients from the risk of infection.
Please note that we are currently not allowing clients to enter the building with their pets due to the risk of infection.
Because the of the current situation, we need to operate with smaller teams so we may need to reduce capacity for some of our referral services. We are still open for emergency referrals only so please call us on 01332 548911 and we can advise you.
We are currently not taking referrals for either ophthalmology or dermatology. If this changes, we will contact you again to advise.
In the meantime, we are doing our utmost to keep our referral services working. Thank you for your patience in this matter. Please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to support you and your clients.
