We aim to provide you a telephone update by 11:00am on the day of admission. This allows us time to perform a full clinical examination, review the treatment protocol and create a plan for the day. We will also update you regarding your account at this time.
If you have not heard from us by 11:00am please call our main reception on 01332 548911 and we will update you as required over the course of the day. If you are worried or just want to know how your pet is you can ring in and reception will speak to the nurse caring for your pet and give you a brief update as to how they are.
