Kadi graduated from the Estonian University of Life Sciences in 2012. After graduating, Kadi continued to work in the Estonian University of Life Sciences Small Animal Clinic as a first opinion vet for over four years. She then moved to the UK in 2017 to continue to improve her knowledge and surgical skills. In 2017, she undertook her first surgical internship at Fitzpatrick Referrals. Before joining Pride Veterinary Referrals in 2020 as a surgical intern, Kadi continued to work in an emergency first opinion setting around Southeast of England. In July 2023, she returned to Pride Veterinary Referrals and started her residency in small animal surgery.

Outside of work, Kadi enjoys spending time hiking and surrounded by nature. She likes to explore new places and has a keen interest in photography and martial arts.
