Kelly Dobson

After 14 years working in various roles within the NHS, Kelly joined Pride Veterinary Referrals in 2019 as the Medicine Team Leader and was responsible for the day to day running of the team.

In January 2022, Kelly became the Medicine Manager, working closely with both the Neurology and Surgery Managers and the emergency client care team to help ensure a smooth referral process for clients. As a member of the operations team, Kelly is also involved in driving the efficiency and utilisation levels of the department as well as quality improvement initiatives within the hospital.

One of the most exciting areas of Kelly’s role has been the continued focus on supporting referring vets. Kelly and the wider team are committed to building relationships with referring practices, and using their feedback to directly influence improvements in the way the team works. Kelly is incredibly proud of the impact that this has had, not only within her own department, but throughout the whole hospital. Kelly and the team continue to work hard on making the journey for clients and colleagues in primary care as smooth as possible.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys walks with her Golden Retriever, Harley and also time with her beautiful Granddaughter Masie.
