What to Expect When your Pet is Referred

The team at Pride Veterinary Centre aims to make the referral process as hassle-free as possible for you.

Once your vet has send us details of your pet's referral, we will make contact with you to make your appointment. Our referral desk is dedicated to referrals, and we have a separate waiting area from the main hospital for our referred clients.

At any time you are welcome to call us to check on your pet, or ask us about the procedure, aftercare etc. Our number is 01332 548911 and this number is manned 24/7.

Your clinician will be your main point of contact during your pet's diagnosis and treatment, and our fantastic team of nurses will keep you updated throughout your pet's stay at Pride Veterinary Centre.

You can rest assured that your pet's comfort is paramount to us and we will do everything we can for them whilst they are in our care.

Once you have been discharged from Pride Veterinary Centre, we will send details of your pet's treatment to your own vet who will then organise any necessary aftercare.

During your pet's stay with us, we are in constant contact with your own vet so if you do have any questions, you are also welcome to ask your own vet.
