Beatrice Carletti DVM MSc MRCVS

Beatrice graduated from the university of Milan in July 2011. Following graduation, she moved to Spain where she completed a general rotating internship and Masters degree at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital (VTH) of the University of Cordoba. She subsequently worked at the university for 2 years as a Teaching Assistant in Neurology

Beatrice moved to the UK in January 2015 where she worked in general practice before starting her residency in Veterinary Neurology and Neurosurgery at the University of Liverpool, which she completed in September 2018. She joined the Neurology team at Pride Veterinary Centre in October 2018 and is currently studying towards becoming a European Specialist in Veterinary Neurology.

Her areas of clinical interest lie in clinical neurology, especially neuroncology, treatment and investigation of idiopathic epilepsy and neurosurgery.

Outside of work she loves to travel, taking part in sports, especially running, swimming and yoga. She enjoys the company of her two dogs and two cats who were rescued during her time in mainland Europe.
