Dog Blood Donation

Learn more about our sessions in conjunction with Pet Blood Bank UK

We regularly hold pet blood donation sessions and blood typing days in conjunction with Pet Blood Bank UK. We treat a variety of patients who at some point may require a blood transfusion when they are sick or injured.

One donation can save the lives of up to four dogs.

Canine blood can be collected and stored until needed. Pet Blood Bank UK asks all enrolled donors to commit to donating 3-4 times a year.

Please email Pet Blood Bank to register your interest to become a canine blood donor: megan.cooper@petbloodbankuk.org
