After graduating, she completed a five month collaboration with the Neuropathology department of the Autonomous University of Barcelona, before going on to completing a rotating internship in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery at the teaching hospital of the Autonomous University of Barcelona (Spain), which she completed in 2016. She also completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery whilst here.

She completed her residency in veterinary neurology and gained the European Diploma in Veterinary Neurology in 2022.
Her areas of clinical interest lie in cytopathology of the central nervous system, neurodegenerative diseases, inflammatory conditions of the central nervous system and neuromuscular disorders.
Outside of work she loves to travel and spending time with her family. When she goes home she enjoys playing with her young nephew and walking her dog Luna (a Tibetan Spaniel cross), who she has owned since she was 10 years old!
