Christoforos Posporis

Department: Neurology

Christoforos graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Timisoara - ROU (EAEVE accredited) in July 2014.

He came to the UK after graduating to follow his dream of becoming a neurologist. Christoforos worked at The Old Golfhouse Veterinary Group and The Ark Veterinary Surgery, he was then offered an internship at the University of Nottingham and then a neurology residency position at Pride Veterinary Centre.

His areas of clinical interest are Paroxysmal dyskinesia (movement disorders), Epilepsy and Neuromuscular diseases.

Christoforos has three dogs and one cat (Pixel, Amelie, Cleo and Milly), who he rescued while he was a vet student. He spent his university years doing rescuing and shelter medicine, helping less fortunate cats and dogs find homes.

In the little free time he has away form his residency, he enjoys travelling, spending time with his pets, going out with his friends and nice walks in the countryside.
