Sandra Corr - Pride Veterinary CentreSandra Corr graduated from Glasgow University, and then spent several years in small animal and equine practice in Surrey and Sussex. She then took a post at the University of Zimbabwe for 2 1/2 years, before returning to the UK to do a PhD, followed by a residency in Small Animal Surgery. She then became a Senior Lecturer and Head of Orthopaedics at the Royal Veterinary College, London before joining the University of Nottingham as a Reader and Associate Professor in Small Animal Surgery.

Sandra is on the Nottingham University teaching team based at Pride Veterinary Centre. Her areas of clinical interest are all aspects of orthopaedic surgery, animal locomotion and biomechanics. Sandra is dedicated to animal welfare and ethics relating to companion animals, and is currently co-authoring a book on Companion Animal Ethics. In addition, she regularly presents at CPD courses, meetings and conferences worldwide.

When not working, Sandra particularly enjoys travelling, hillwalking and photography. She has two cats - Ted and Sprout.
