Orthopaedic and Spinal Surgery
The highly qualified Surgery referral team have considerable experience in all aspects of small animal surgery. They work closely with colleagues from Internal Medicine and Diagnostic Imaging to efficiently manage cases.
The orthopaedic and spinal surgery team includes:

Accurate diagnosis and localisation of disease is provided by our excellent imaging facilities, including digital radiography, intraoperative radiography, fluoroscopy, CT and MRI. Post-operative rehabilitation is particularly important in orthopaedic and spinal patients and this is achieved with our on-site Hydrotherapy suite and qualified Hydrotherapist and Physiotherapist. We also have highly qualified and experienced nursing staff and a dedicated veterinary surgeon and nurse out-of-hours team to closely monitor inpatients throughout the day and night.

- 2.4mm and 2.7mm arthroscopes

The team offer a free Radiograph Reporting Service. Please send your images by e-mail to referrals@prideveterinarycentre.co.uk (preferably in DICOM rather than JPEG format) or by post. Please also send relevant clinical notes and laboratory results and indicate. A Surgery advice service is available to referring vets on the same e-mail address or please phone 01332 548911 to speak to one of the team directly.
