Home Visits

We appreciate that there are circumstances where home visits are desirable. We are happy to make visits to your pets in your home. We ask that you give us notice to fit these into the working day and we can best do this if you call us first thing in the morning. In the event of an emergency it is always better for your pet to be seen at the hospital where possible. Do phone us to let us know you are on your way and we can prepare for your pets arrival. By bringing your pet straight down to us we can provide optimal care and treatment on site, where we have a full range of diagnostics and treatment facilities.

Home visits usually mean a vet and nurse being out of the hospital for a significant period of time, and in some incidences we would encourage you to bring your pet to us.

We encourage you to drive, get a lift or taxi to the hospital in order that your pet can receive immediate and appropriate veterinary attention. In some circumstances we can provide a veterinary ambulance to bring your pet to the hospital.
